.. and trust me, it's hard for me to even understand.
So I bought this Jeep. I found it on the internet at Jeep Classifieds. This is a special jeep. It's a 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, but what makes it's special is the fact that it's the Tomb Raider edition. They only made like 1000 or so of them back in 2003 to promote the Tomb Raider movie that summer. Anyway, I was hooked on the Tomb Raider games for awhile and I loved how Lara Croft was a kick butt kinda girl, so when this special edition version of the jeep was issued back then to replicate the jeep Angelina Jolie drove in the movie, I kinda set my mind to the idea of getting one some day.
Well, the opportunity presented itself and I took the plunge. Now here is where the complicating hard to understand part comes in. Imagine this: The Jeep is in NH and is titled in NH. I live in Texas. I still have a VA driver's license. My Credit Union that I financed it through is in OH. This is quite an ordeal, but I finally signed off the last of the paperwork today and sent the forms back to the dealer in NH. I think it's officially mine. Except that the Jeep is still in NH. So now we have to wait for it to be shipped. The whole thing is a little crazy, I know. But hey, I got a great deal on it, and what else is life about but living on the edge? Besides, Charles already owns four other jeeps, so why not add another to the collection.
Congratulations on your new Jeep. And you got the limited Tomb Rider edition! Lucky you! I also have a thing for jeeps, I think they are the best all-terrain vehicles in the world. I still own a Jeep Wrangler and I use it every time I have to do some rough and ready driving.
